SCHWARTZ BROTHERS BAKERY
Located in South Seattle and was
established in July 1987, our Bakery provides desserts to our restaurants and other retail
locations. Our scones, muffins, cookies,
breads and pastries are provided to Starbucks locations statewide. Columbia River Bakery started in
November 1999 and supplies the same quality bakery items to Starbucks locations in the
Portland area. You will currently find our quality bakery items in 262 Starbucks stores.
Gretchen’s Shoebox Express
Purchased from Nordstrom Catering in June 1996, our Shoebox menu
features made from scratch salads and Northwest fresh sandwiches delivered to customers in
the Bellevue/Seattle area daily. We also offer a large variety of platters and salads for
groups big and small. Our Floral Department specializes in unique arrangements created for
any occasion. Our commissary also provides food service for Amtrak railways.
